Today is a new day

Today is a new day with joy. I do not let the things or people around me bring me down. I am full of hope and I will find my way. I love you all my family with all my heart and I think of you everyday.

I will find the peace within myself when I look inside and open my heart to the wonderful beautiful things that are around me: my family, my job, my pets, my health, my home. Even through the difficult times I know that no matter what happens I will always have these with me.

This life is so full of challenges and each one is more frustrating than the other yet some how I seem to come out of the struggle. I have to carry on and do what I am weather I like it or not. I hope that by doing this I can grow stronger each day.
