I have worked as a medical biller for several years and I know the frustration of the crazy messed up health care system that we have, but please dear people don't call me at the doctors office and yell at me. I do not have anything to do with your insurance plan. I did not work out your benefits and or your co-pays and deductibles. You need to tell your company that is providing you this plan. I do remind you that it is better to have something than nothing at all. ( I know this from personal experience). Give me a chance, I want to help you that is why I go to work every day and listen to your complaints I would not do this if it is not what I have in my heart to do.
